GRAPHICS & ANIMATION
POSTERS | ILLUSTRATIONS | LOGOS
RALPH THE PUNK | ANIMATIONS

^ "Kerosene Ran"
This is a published piece from my glory days with the B/W MacPlus. As I have said elsewhere on the site, it was like drawing with a bar of soap.

^ This was an illustration for my university newspaper, The Trinitonian, from many years ago, but I still like it.

ILLUSTRATIONS

I have been drawing since I was a wee lad and it is the one constant in my life. The drawings at the left are almost perverse in their randomness. More coming.

^ "Audible Voodoo"
This is a log for my friend, Brian Messiah's audio/music production company.

^ "Atomic Bolt LP"
My latest logo - it is for a computer game
peripherals company in Texas.

^ "Legs Akimbo"
A logo designed for my personal mixtapes label.

LOGOS

My first paying, professional art gig was a logo for my AAU swim team in New Orleans in 1970. My most recent design was for Atomic Bolt LP and their product, the Banshee Pad.

^ "Ralph the Punk: Astro Boys World Tour '85"
A poster celebrating a road trip with Brian Messiah and Jim Fuhr.

^ "Ralph the Punk Love Secrets #5"
"Don't hesitate to run from a relationship that gives all the signs of being doomed."

RALPH THE PUNK

Ralph was a character born out of boredom as a temp worker in a law firm. He then proceeded to open many doors for me, not the least of which was an opportunity to become very involved with SIGGRAPH for many years.

He has appeared there as a music video and in a laser show during the Electronic Theater Show intermission.

I developed a game concept around Ralph that had the title, Burning City. The game has never seen the light of day, but the name has been put to memorable good use as my company name for many years.
